Frank Maiorana

Frank Maiorana is a shareholder and member of Silicon Valley Law Group's Real Estate & Land Use Group.  He has special expertise in all aspects of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions relating to the acquisition, development, leasing, financing (including conventional, conduit, construction, acquisition, and FNMA) and disposition of real property; ground, space and build-to-suit leasing; syndications, title matters; and related issues.  Frank's clients include private real estate investors; commercial, industrial and R&D landlords; public and private companies in tenant representation; real estate syndicates and Fortune 1000 companies. Frank has handled transactions throughout California and more than 20 other states.

Frank moved to Silicon Valley from Southern California where he focused on commercial and residential real estate transactions.

• Represented MJW Investments, Inc., in joint venture purchase of a $31,000,000 apartment complex acquisition located in Santa Ana, including negotiation of $24,000,000 short-term acquisition and rehabilitation financing.
• Represented purchaser/landlord in acquisition and leasing of ~200,000 square foot office and R&D complex.
• Represented seller in $26,500,000 sale of retail shopping center located in Concord, California, to publicly traded REIT.
