George Schisler is of Counsel with Silicon Valley Law Group. His current practice includes advising on corporate governance matters, policy creation and enforcement, mergers and acquisitions, antitrust advice, cybersecurity issues and treasury and contractual negotiations, as well as investigating, litigating and resolving disputes of all kinds, related to business and technology.
He joined the firm after spending over 25 years as in house counsel with Lam Research Corporation, most recently as its acting Chief Legal Officer. Prior to joining Lam he was in private practice primarily involved in litigating commercial tort, employment and contract matters.
